Hi, I’m Kevin Rokosh
Do you get confused about what kinds of cycling workouts you should do day-to-day? How about week-to-week and month-to-month? There are many variables you need to juggle in your training plans to get the results you deserve.
Well, I’m an engineer-turned-cycling coach who designs actionable every day training plans to fit your goals and your lifestyle. For more than 10 years I’ve been coaching cyclists just like you. And I’m a Cycling Canada NCCP Certified Road and Track Competition Coach. Know you’ve got an expert on your team!
I’m also the Head Coach for one of Edmonton’s longest-serving bike clubs: Velocity Cycling Club. I keep all the members informed and on-task throughout the riding season.
The Cyclist’s journey means so much to me that I volunteer my time as the Chair of Edmonton’s world-class cycling academy, the Argyll Velodrome Sport Performance Academy.
You see, my passion is problem solving … scheduling problems, performance problems, motivational problems. Step-by-step, day-by-day, you can take actions to solve these problems … and build yourself into a stronger version of you. Those who persist prevail. Will that be you?
So really, this puts me into the coaching business of engineering life-long Cyclists. And I love it!

My values serve as the window into my coaching soul. They light my passion for helping athletes find their own meaning in the cycling experience.
